A: Normally we cover Alabama from the Birmingham area north to Tennessee, west to Mississippi, and east to Georgia. We will consider going out of this area if requested.

Q: Are we insured? 

A: Yes we are insured by York-Jersey Underwriters for $1,000,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 for errors and omissions.

Q: What type of foreclosures do we do?

A: We do houses, mobile homes, office buildings, warehouses, factories, restaurants, and others.

Q: Can we perform monthly maintenance contracts such as making sure the grass and shrubs are cut?

A: Yes, we can put the work on a schedule and maintain the property until it sells.
